Academia Help Center Cancellation of Services: In the event that AHC issues a cancellation of services due to delinquent service fee payment(s), all previously rendered and future Student Loan Services will be immediately canceled. If the Client chooses to restart the same program with AHC, the Client must: (1) Make full payment of all monies owed to date, in accordance with the original Service Agreement, and (2) pay up to $150.00 (One hundred and fifty dollars U.S.) re-submission fee.
Refunds: Client may only receive a refund at the sole discretion of AHC and only by submitting a written request and email it to email@example.com. Refunds are only given within the first 3 calendar days of the executed Service Agreement date. All retainers and fees for services are earned when paid. Because the majority of our services are performed at the beginning of each service agreement, no refunds are given after the first 3 calendar days of the executed Service Agreement. All invoices are due upon presentation. Failure to pay either the retainer request or invoices shall cause our firm to immediately stop providing services without further notice. All written requests must be postmarked no less than 3 calendar days from the executed agreement date. Refunds made to the Client will be issued within 7-10 business days of the Client request.
